Purpose

This website publishes independent research, technical writing, software, and related work. It also offers paid licenses for proprietary software developed and supplied by Armin Šupuk and describes an affiliate program for eligible software sold through Creem.

Software purchases and merchant of record

Creem, operated by Armitage Labs OÜ, Telliskivi Street 57b/1, 10412 Tallinn, Estonia, is the merchant of record and contractual reseller for software purchases completed through its checkout.

Creem handles the checkout, payment collection, buyer invoicing, applicable VAT and other indirect taxes, fraud prevention, refunds and chargebacks, and related payment administration. Armin Šupuk remains responsible for the software, electronic license delivery, product support, and product compliance. The applicable Software License Terms and Privacy Policy provide further details.

Affiliate program

Armin Šupuk offers an affiliate program covering all eligible apps sold through Creem. Creem hosts enrollment, supplies personal referral links and account reporting, tracks referrals for 180 days, and manages commission payouts. A qualifying purchase earns a 30% commission, subject to refunds, reversals, attribution records, and the other Affiliate Program Terms.

Affiliate participants promote independently. They are not employees, agents, or authorised representatives of Armin Šupuk or Creem and may not make commitments on either party’s behalf.
